Baked Jacket Potato with Cream  Cheese and Dill



  • 2 medium potatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped red chilli
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dill
  • 1 teaspoon chopped chives
  • 2 large tablespoon cream cheese
  • 25g butter



Microwave the potatoes for 5 minutes.

Place potatoes in a hot oven 220C/425F/Gas Mark 7 for 20 minutes.

Split each potato into half, add in butter, cream cheese+chilli. Sprinkle with dill, chives, salt and pepper.



Rub some salt on the potato skin to help to crispen up the skin.
